The app

Baby Hele generates sounds on your device. It does not require an account, access your microphone, record audio, track your activity or send your sound preferences to us. We do not include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs in the app.

Settings on your device

Your sound mix, volume, timer, saved routines and nightlight preferences are stored locally using iOS settings storage. We do not receive these settings. Device backups may be handled by Apple according to your iCloud and device settings. Deleting the app removes its local settings; restoring a device backup may restore them.

Purchases and Apple services

Apple processes App Store payments. We do not receive your payment-card details. Apple may provide developers with aggregate sales information and diagnostic information according to Apple’s services and your sharing choices. Apple’s privacy practices apply to those services.

When you contact us

If you email hello@babyhele.com, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use it to respond to and resolve your request, and retain it only as needed for that purpose and applicable obligations. Avoid sending recordings of your baby or other sensitive information. Contact us to request deletion of your support correspondence.

This website

This site is hosted by Vercel. Hosting providers process technical request information such as IP address, browser information and request time to deliver and secure the site. Email is handled through our email provider. We do not use advertising cookies. Optional website analytics is described below. Visiting external links is subject to those services’ privacy practices.

Optional website analytics

If you choose “Allow analytics,” this website loads Google Analytics to help us understand page visits, traffic sources and engagement. Google processes browser and device information, page addresses, timestamps, cookie identifiers and network information needed to receive requests. We do not send your app activity, sound preferences, support emails or payment information to Analytics.

Analytics does not load until you opt in. We disable advertising personalization and Google signals in our tag and remove query strings and fragments from the page address we send. We use standard page measurement without enhanced link, form or site-search tracking. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Your choice is stored on this browser for up to six months. Analytics cookies are configured for up to six months. You can refuse or withdraw consent at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal stops future collection and removes this site’s Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase reports already processed. Blocking cookies or Analytics does not affect use of the website or the Baby Hele app.

Parents and children

Baby Hele is intended to be operated by parents and other adult family members. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
